This Refund Policy applies to the enrollment and payment for our online course. By enrolling in the course, you agree to the terms outlined below:

At ABCL Trading Academy, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your enrollment in our online course. We have established the following cancellation policy to provide clarity and transparency regarding the cancellation process

1.Cancellation Period: You may cancel your enrollment in the online trading course within 7 days from the date of enrollment to be eligible for a full refund.

2.Cancellation Fees: There are no cancellation fees for cancellations made within the refund period. However, for cancellations made after the refund period, no refunds will be provided, and the full course fee will be retained.

3.Process for Cancellation: To cancel your enrollment in the online trading course, you must submit a cancellation request through our online platform or contact our customer support team at careabclacademy@gmail.com or 9079182128. Please provide your full name, course details, and enrollment ID when requesting cancellation.

4.Exceptions: In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen events, we may consider requests for cancellation and refund on a case-by-case basis. Documentation or proof may be required to support such requests.

5. Refund Eligibility:
5.1. A refund may be requested within a 7 Days from the date of enrollment.
5.2. Refund requests made outside the specified period will not be considered.

5.3 Refund will be processed within the 5 to 7 working days


6. How to Request a Refund:
6.1. To initiate a refund, you must submit a written request to our customer support team at careabclacademy@gmail.com
6.2. The refund request should include your full name, enrollment details, and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund.

7. Refund Processing:
7.1. Refund requests will be processed within a reasonable time frame.
7.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during enrollment.

8. Refund Amount:
8.1. The refund amount is subject to deductions for any applicable transaction fees or processing charges incurred during the original payment.
8.2. No refunds will be issued for any portion of the course that has been completed or accessed.
8.3 If you cancel your enrollment within the specified refund period, you will receive a full refund of the course fee paid. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the refund period has expired.

9. Non-Transferable:
9.1. Refunds are non-transferable and can only be issued to the individual who made the original payment for course enrollment.

11.1. The course provider reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without any prior notification

12. EMI option
12.1 If one purchase the course on EMI and fails to pay EMI timely, course provider has right to remove the one from course.
12.2 If one fails to pay EMI on timely, one is not eligible for any refund after the refund period expired, specified in Refund and Cancellation policy point no. 1

By enrolling in our online trading course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not proceed with the course.
